Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) Exam Prep

This one-day public course covers the topics found on the CNCF Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) curriculum. The techniques taught throughout the course will improve students’ speed and efficiency with CLIs (kubectl, etcdctl, etcdutl), SBOMs, Falco rules, Cilium, Istio, and will demonstrate how to create Kubernetes API objects with imperative commands. The course leverages short lectures to introduce topics, encourages discussion to identify knowledge gaps and uses timed, hands-on drills to promote improvement. Students will also be briefed on items such as test structure, scoring, and mechanics and will be provided with strategic tips on time management that are essential to passing the Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist exam.

At the conclusion of this preparation program, students will be prepared to effectively navigate the testing environment and have the mindset and skills necessary to pass the Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) exam.
